Individual Counseling:
For those with a diagnosed medical condition including (but not limited to) diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2), cardiovascular disease, or food allergies/intolerances, Foodwise, LLC will provide one-on-one counseling that includes working with you on a personalized eating plan. This plan takes into account your lifestyle, food likes and dislikes, food budget, and whether you like to cook or prefer to rely on packaged or prepared foods. We will also review prescription medications for any nutrient/medication interactions and review any supplements that you may be taking.
Foodwise, LLC also offers Weight Management counseling for people of all ages. Similar to what is listed above, a personalized eating plan will be developed for you!
NEW! Foodwise, LLC is now accepting clients in Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina Counties enrolled in Ohio Department of Health's Children with Medical Handicaps (CMH) program. If your child has an active Letter of Approval that lists "Nutrition Therapy Consults" contact us at your earliest convenience to schedule an appointment. Foodwise, LLC is also an Ohio Medicaid provider.
